1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Mattresses that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are found to be faulty.

Bespoke or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

Photographic evidence may be required to process the claim.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

If an order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return, and return shipping costs will apply.
Exchanges
