At Derby Bed Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read our returns policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Mattresses that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are found to be faulty.

  • Bespoke or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, contact us via info@derbybedcentre.co.uk or call 01332 200096 with your order details.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

  • Photographic evidence may be required to process the claim.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • If an order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return, and return shipping costs will apply.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and may require an additional delivery charge.
